  • At least 3-5 year experiences in the planning and implementations of projects, in relation to M&E system (construction).
  • Experienced in Residential (high-rise) will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
  • Able to work independently with positive attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate M&E design and installation issues on a range of projects to ensure the profitable and safe delivery of projects on time construction work to ensure that IT is in line with project quality plans, specifications and the conditions of the contract.
  • Supervise the site, monitoring and tracking progress, providing regular updates to Management in order to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Liaise with client, consultants and sub-contractors including monitoring the progress and follow-up with sub-contractors on approved work.
  • Liaise with subcontractors or equipment suppliers, conduct final verification on work plans for Management's approval.
  • Inspect the work and design compliance of M&E sub-contractors.
