Develop and sustain our mobile applications, playing a pivotal role in the company's achievements.
Collaborate closely with the product manager and UI/UX designers to translate optimal user interfaces and application flow into reality.
Establish an efficient application state and data flow while ensuring consistency across the team.
Guarantee the final product's resilience, freedom from bugs, and high performance within set deadlines. Address project impediments in coordination with the product manager and management.
Maintain a repository of efficient, highly reusable components, libraries, and packages for internal usage.
Ensure the modularity and reusability of application components across diverse platforms, devices, and scenarios.
Craft visually appealing interactive components in alignment with the UI/UX designer's vision.
Foster collaboration, mentorship, and technical advancement within the engineering team.
Advocate for and articulate the technical vision and objectives.
Enhance and uphold team standards, emphasizing code quality through meticulous reviews.
Collaborate with HR and management to devise a comprehensive training program for the technical staff.

Minimum 2 years of experience with React Native, proficient in TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of React Native API, its core components, lifecycle methods, navigation and state management.
Strong grasp of the latest ES6+/TypeScript syntax and its advanced features such as generics, type annotation, promises and async/await.
Well-versed in popular RN-related libraries such as Redux, RxJS, and Axios.
Proficient in modern code deployment techniques and able to set up CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
Advanced knowledge of React Native debugging techniques and is able to troubleshoot a bug in a systematic way.
