We are looking for a Market Unit Lead (MUL) to oversee real estate service delivery for our client. This role is all about leading the team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering real estate solutions that align with the client's goals. You will be the main point of contact for the client's Real Estate Portfolio Manager (REPM) and stakeholders, making sure services meet expectations and follow global standards. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Governance - Lead the in-country team and drive overall performance. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and structured performance reviews. Provide leadership through effective stakeholder management and delivery accountability. Service Delivery & Performance - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of real estate services. Meet all agreed targets, KPIs, and SLAs. Show value through cost savings, risk reduction, and portfolio optimization. People Management - Build and maintain a skilled and capable team. Focus on talent development, succession planning, and team resilience. Encourage a culture of accountability, teamwork, and innovation. Operational Excellence & Compliance - Ensure property management and operations are of the highest standard. Follow all company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and manage potential risks. Strategic Collaboration & Innovation - Work with the client's REPM and other functions to provide insights and advice. Share best practices and ideas with the wider global real estate team. Drive innovation to improve service delivery and portfolio value. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., MRICS, PMP) is a plus. Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate operations, preferably within the retail or energy sector. Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and third-party partners. Strong understanding of property acquisition, lease negotiation, and facility/property management. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills.
