Our core works include due diligence, capital financing, valuation, business modelling and capital structure optimization. We are looking for highly driven and motivated undergraduates who are interested in exploring mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance services. You will be learning directly from the experts and help your teammates to complete their engagements/ projects related to our core works mentioned above. Responsibilities: Provide assistance in conducting equity research, industry research and strategic assessments and financial analysis. Provide support in due diligence engagements by analyzing financial and operational results of businesses for buy-side and sell-side engagements. Provide assistance in developing financial models and performing business valuations (i.e. historical performance review, financial projections, free cash flow analysis, market comparable analysis and etc.) for transactions, financial reporting or tax purposes. Draft transaction marketing materials, such as teasers, pitch books, information memorandums and investor presentations. Provide assistance in the preparation of service proposals and assume a support role in deal origination and go-to-market initiatives. Requirements: Knowledge of on relevant accounting standards, financial statement analysis and valuation techniques would be an added advantage. Undergoing or recently completed Bachelor&aposs Degree in Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited college/university. Advanced English (both verbal and written) Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn Ability to work within a team Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Come be part of the WVH Team!
