We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice.Job DescriptionTo independently develop interactive dashboard using Power BI based on requirement and information provided by client.

Develop dashboards and reports leveraging Power BI
Design interactive and engaging data visualizations to communicate insights
Implement self-service business intelligence capabilities for users across departments / clients
Work closely with end users and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
Conduct ad-hoc queries, analyse datasets and identify trends and patterns
Maintain and optimize existing dashboard solutions
Stay current with industry trends and best practices around data visualization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust data systems and processes

QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred / Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years experience in Power BI development;1 year minimum relevant work experience building and deploying data models in Power BI Desktop;Understanding of database design principles, including data modeling techniques and methodologies;Proficiency in creating calculated columns, measures, KPIs, visualizations, and reports using Power BI desktop;Experience integrating multiple data sources into Power BI datasets, including relational databases, cloud storage providers such as Sharepoint, etc;Ability to troubleshoot issues with large datasets and complex report designs.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
