  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be able to speak and read Mandarin.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Possessing accounting knowledge / experience are added advantage.

TanggungjawabDaily Accounting Support
  • Assist in handling day-to-day accounting entries (AP,GL)
  • Prepare and record journal entries and payments.
  • Update and maintain accounting records in the system.
Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Process supplier invoices and staff claims.
  • Check acccuracy of invoices and supporting documents.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Month-End & Year-End Support
  • Assist in preparing schedules for closing (accruals, prepayments, etc.)
  • Ensure all supporting documents are properly filed and available for audit.
  • Liaise with external auditors when required.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare simple accounting reports for management review.
  • Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and maintained.
  • Assist in compiling financial data for analysis.
Compliance & Adminstrative Duties
  • Ensure transactions comply with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support the Finance/Accounts team in ad hoc tasks.
  • Assist in e-invoicing, SST/GST submission, or other statutory requirements (depending on country)
