Marketing Operation Support (Japanese Language)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Japanese language (written) is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of marketing operations processes and workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide excellent marketing support.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) concepts and practices is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to learn new marketing tools and technologies.
• Willingness to work remotely and maintain effective communication with team members.

• Provide marketing support/communication to the Regional Marketing Manager in working out the marketing budget and fund allocation to the Partners
• Support the execution of joint marketing in Asia Pacific/Europe/USA- planning, review, approval and compliance of the marketing plan
• Assist in generating Purchase Order and communication to the Partners
• Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget
• Help in the monitoring of timeline of the marketing cycle
• Assist in providing creative review and compliance of brand guideline
• Assist partners in submission of their marketing plans
• Responsible for the compilation of POE(Proof of Execute) of the marketing campaign and approval of the budget released
