  • Responsible for Data pipeline management which includes developing, maintaining, testing and optimizing the data pipelines.
  • Provide second-level technical support for Azure cloud services, including infrastructure, security, and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Azure deployments, including performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with L3 support team to triage and raise issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system, and provide regular updates to customers and internal
stakeholders. * Proactively identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement in Azure development, deployments, and provide recommendations to optimize the process.
  • Able to work with cloud tools and infrastructure.
  • Manage, maintain and enhance the performance of the existing database programs
  • Building, testing, and maintaining database pipeline architectures.
  • Work closely with the business users to investigate and quickly understand the root of the problem reported by them.
  • Supervising computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time
  • Conducting complex data analysis and reporting on results.
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
(B).Handling of ad-hoc request including:
  • Disaster recovery drill.
  • Document/process updates.
  • Create custom scripts to automate support processes where applicable
Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Education – Graduation in Computer science or any related IT field
  • Experience – Minimum of 5 years of working experience in IT domain, especially on the skills required for this position
  • Advanced SQL skills and relational database management
  • Object-oriented programming languages, like Python, Java, and Scala.
  • Certifications/licenses – Azure certification could be an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
