- Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
- Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
- Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
- Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
- Take the extra mile to engage with consumers
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Admin Assistant role, ideally within the Professional Services and IT industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin language.
- You have working knowledge of chat support, communication and typing
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
