Job Responsibility Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget. Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are executed according to plan and milestones are met. Monitor and control project progress, identifying risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients. Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate, including project plans, status reports, and change requests. Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project status and progress Job Requirements A bachelor's degree or diploma in management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. 5 years experience in project management, preferably in a relevant industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
