Logistics Executive (Glenmarie)

- Manage day-to-day logistics related matters
- Coordinate very closely with all departments to ensure logistics requirement are fulfilled
- Perform shared service centre operations activities including:
- Incoming delivery Retail, local, export and project business(Inbound, group / external supplier)
- Spare parts - incoming delivery (Inbound, group supplier)
- Monitor the production status of customers orders and arrange shipment promptly
- Coordinate between Malaysian supply chain operations
- Regular sales and stocks meeting to assist sales team on their forecast planning
- Disseminate stocks report on a regular basis to support respective business team
- Work closely with warehouse to make sure correct issuance and maintenance in records of stocks
- Conduct vendor evaluation feedback annually
- Issue, disseminate and file shipping documents on a timely and orderly manner
- Participate and coordinate in company events as required
- 1-2 years of experience and above in Logistics Warehousing, Transport and Supply Chain, ideally with a multi-national company
- Diploma ideally in SCM / Logistics and / or Transport Management
- Be knowledgeable in inventory management, warehousing & distribution, order management and transportation
- Ability to take initiatives with limited supervision
- Excellent execution skills with an ability to deliver results
- Positive attitude and willing to learn and take on ad-hoc assignments
- A committed and service-oriented team player
- Able to respond positively to stress
- Good communication skills, ideally in both English and Mandarin
