JOB RESPONSIBILITIESThe Quality Strategy Manager holds a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the quality strategy for IT infrastructure services within the Japan regional business context. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of quality frameworks, hands-on experience in ISO9001 and ISO27001 implementation, proficiency in Six Sigma methodology, expertise in conducting root cause analysis, and adeptness in managing quality governance aligned with Japanese business practices.JOB REQUIREMENTS

Extensive experience in quality management within the IT or Manufacturing industry, with a focus on infrastructure services and Japan regional business.
Possess a strong Japanese language skill in speaking, listening & writing.
Certification in Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 standards. Knowledge of ISO27001 will be added advantage.
Familiarity with Japanese business culture and regulatory requirements.
Proven expertise in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
