• Welcome customers as they enter the restaurant and guide them, if necessary, to where they should be or stand at waiting area or place an order for take out.
• Answer any questions customers may have about ingredients, portion sizes, and how the food is prepared.
• Take customer orders, guiding them with selections and making recommendations if requested
• Cleaning table and arrange cutleries.
• Promote restaurant products by offering to upgrade items or special menu if available.
• Prepare food and drinks quickly and consistently according to company standards for presentation, recipes, and assembly.
• Maintain a clean and lean work station and the whole dining area including washroom and storeroom.
• Checking food and drink quality if necessary, solve customer complaints.
• Stock arrangement and report to the management for stock ordering.
• Maintain a lean and clean work areas, utensils and equipment to a safety standards including washing dishes and grease trapper cleaning.
• Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
