- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in HR operations or generalist role
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information
- Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Skills Required: Effective Communication
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain and update employee records in HR system
- Support payroll processing with accurate data (e.g. OT, leave, claims)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, arranging interviews, follow-ups)
- Coordinate staff training, medical checkups, and other welfare matters
- Handle HR letters (confirmation, resignation, warning, etc.)
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication
- Support audits, HR reporting, and documentation
- Familiar with FWCMS, CIDB application and renew lessen
