FastCo is the company behind FastJobs, South-east Asia's top non-executive job portal for both job-seekers and employers, and FastGig, Singapore's first flexi-work recruitment app. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead to guide our BI team and empower the organisation with data-driven insights. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Business Analytics team, shaping our BI strategy, and fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is a player-coach who can both mentor a team and get hands-on with complex data to uncover trends and opportunities that will drive business growth. What You'll Do: Lead the daily huddle with your team to prioritise tasks, troubleshoot roadblocks, and share knowledge. Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their business questions and analytical needs. Mentor team members on complex data analysis, dashboard design, and the art of storytelling with data. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using our BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Present your findings and impactful recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our data warehouse and BI environment. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to keep our team at the forefront. Your Experience: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity. Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets. Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. A proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that have had a positive impact on business performance.
