Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.Purpose StatementAs part of the Commercial Excellence Centre of Excellence (CoE), the Commercial Operations Specialist will support country and area commercial teams across APAC by executing key business processes in sales and service operations, commercial analytics, reporting, and process optimization. This role will focus on delivering high-quality, efficient, and standardized services, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and harmonization across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & Execution

Execute core commercial operations processes on behalf of country/area commercial teams
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards for all assigned tasks
Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with country and area commercial teams to provide timely, accurate, and efficient support
Commercial Analytics & Reporting
Generate and maintain regular commercial reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision-making
Perform data validation and accuracy checks to ensure high-quality reporting and analytics
Identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities within commercial data and processes

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Identify and recommend process automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements to enhance commercial operations
Support the adoption of digital tools, AI-driven analytics, and automation solutions to improve service delivery
Collaborate with process SMEs and global teams to harmonize workflows and best practices across APAC

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

Work closely with the country commercial teams, Global Business Services (GBS), IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and alignment
Support monthly reviews with commercial leaders to track process performance, identify bottlenecks, and discuss enhancement opportunities
Act as a key point of contact for country teams, ensuring clear communication and responsive support

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or similar functions
Track record of identifying improvement opportunities and implementation of the solutions with the team, challenging status quo for operational excellence, by aligning with stakeholders under complexity
Proven skills of stakeholder management in matrix organization, together with communication skills to influence and collaborate with others in a well-grounded manner
Proven ability to work with a 'sense of urgency' to meet critical deadlines
Strong project management skills including change management, prioritization and time management
Ability to work across different cultures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and multi-task with flexible and agile mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional APAC languages is desirable (Mandarin, Japanese, other)
