Responsible for the quality control and assurance of the Company's products. Responsible for maintenance of Quality System. Planning and implementing Quality Improvement Projects. Verifying and investigating customer complaints. Determining, reporting and recommending corrective action on the principle cause of quality deficiencies and non-conformance. Design of new formulations and systems. Provides technical advice on quality matters and support on usage applications for customers when required. Testing of customers' finished products as and when required. Co-ordinates with the production supervisor with regards to product requirements and trouble shooting. Developing suitable quality procedures to minimize rejects. Awareness of Quality Policy, Objectives, Risks and their Controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for the quality control and R & D of the products. He/She will be responsible for on-going development of new systems according to the requirements of our customers and be based at our factory at Port Klang . Requirements:- . Possess a Degree in Chemistry / Applied Science in polymers or equivalent. . Previous experience in Q.C. and ISO systems is an advantage, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. .
