Accounts Assistant (Junior/Fresh Graduate)

• Processing staff claims & reimbursement of expenses
• Update daily exchange rate into accounting system
• Verify the supplier inv before submit for payment
• Key-in and update supplier Inv
• Prepare and updating payment to supplier
• Issue customer credit note or debit note
• Updating collection from customer
• Key-in data/ journal entries for posting into accounting system
• Prepare monthly aging and email to all sales person
• Review customer statement and follow up with sales person or customer
• Coordinate and participation in annual stock take
• Keep all the documents in proper filing
• Assist in any other admin task from time to time
• Undertake other special assignments or ad-hoc job as and when required by
