We are looking for a passionate trainer to lead OJT and LTO menu training, assess team performance, and support outlet talent development. You&aposll manage training strategies, ensure SOP compliance, and help grow future leaders. Job Description: Conducting OJT and LTO (Limited Time Offer) menu training for both new and existing employees. Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses. Design and implement training strategies to address organizational needs while maintaining training SOPs. Access employee knowledge and skill quarterly. Deliver Training Course effectively. Bench planning outlet candidates for future growth. Manage a team of trainers to deliver business goals. Requirements: Experience as a Manager in F&B industry will be an added advantage - especially with a proven ability to lead and manage people. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Training & Development within the F&B or hospitality industry. Willing to work on weekend and public holiday if necessary. Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles. Proven ability to master the full training cycle.
