Summary: Assist Project Engineering Manager to ensure successful execution of assigned projects (feasibility studies, concept and FEED projects) to meet corporate goals for safety, quality, budget and schedule, in accordance with the company&aposs core values. To manage multidisciplinary engineering issues and coordination i.e. manage deliverables list, progress monitoring, internal project engineering interfaces, interface with procurement for long lead item RFQ and proposal evaluation, etc To develop / review multidisciplinary engineering documentation and coordination with all disciplines e.g. concept reports, feasibility reports, FEED reports, Engineering Management Plan, Engineering execution strategy, FPSO basis of design, general specification and functional requirements, codes and standards, etc Job Duties: Prepare Prepare engineering management deliverables for specific project. Prepare reports for engineering progress status (in-house and engineering subcontractors) and package procurement RFQ/TBE status to Engineering Manager. Execute & Manage Overall management of engineering subcontractors and drive subcontractors to achieve the overall project engineering goals. Monitor project tasks throughout project duration to ensure that internal execution plans and performance meet project schedules, quality, budget and HSE standards. Any other duties/ad-hoc duties as assigned by Engineering Manager. Interface Develop and implement interface management for exchange of interface information between internal parties (external) in any projects. Provide inter-disciplines coordination in Engineering, Projects, Construction and Operations. Integrate and optimize all activities to ensure synergy within the project. Manage and undertake communication processes for Classification society including Scope of Work for Floating Unit Classification and third-party verification. Any other duties/ad-hoc duties as assigned by Engineering Manager. Monitor & Control Prepare project updates progress reports required by Engineering Manager. Ensure Client specification and Contract requirements are adhered following established guidelines, instructions, policies and procedures. Any other duties/ad-hoc duties as assigned by Engineering Manager. Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Structure). Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas projects with good planning, scheduling and coordination skills with multidisciplinary knowledge/scope of work. More than 7 years engineering management, interface engineering experience in FPSO projects. Demonstrates capability to solve problems in multidisciplinary engineering management specifically for FPSOs and Floating Unit in line with regulatory practices and procedures. Experience in dealing with third party engineering subcontractors, and internal/external interface management. Experience in interface with Project team, Engineering, Construction and Installation, Commissioning team, Contract team, Quality team and Client. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Have experience in managing engineering subcontracts and vendor packages.
