Job Responsibility Assist in handling daily accounting entries including general ledger, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and operating expenses. Ensure timely processing of staff claims, supplier invoices, petty cash, and payment vouchers. Prepare and organize payment documentation and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. Support monthly closing activities by providing necessary reports, documentation, and reconciliations. Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and assist in managing credit control activities. Perform basic bank reconciliations, assist in audit preparation, and support tax filing processes. Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients for document collection or clarification. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all finance-related records. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or related field. 1 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting role. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Malaysian tax/SST regulations is an advantage. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, UBS, etc.) and MS Excel. Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Able to work independently and as part of a team under supervision.
