- Implement and integrate lending systems, ensuring solutions meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Support system configuration, customization, and development activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
- Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure successful deployment and user acceptance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides, deployment instructions, and support materials.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for implemented lending systems, addressing user queries and system incidents.
- Stay updated on relevant technologies and industry trends; be open to training in specific platforms such as FIS as part of professional development.

- Tertiary qualification in a business, actuarial, finance or technology discipline
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program or have obtained the qualification with a well ranked institution
- Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and/or Financial Services Industry - Banking Institutions
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia market, the core trends and drivers, with proficiency in articulating regulatory, economic, technological, and business impacts on key institutions
- Experience in software development, system integration, or application support for lending systems within banking or financial services.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and integration approaches used in lending or financial platforms (e.g., Java).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing project needs.
- Experience supporting or implementing loan origination or loan servicing systems.
- Knowledge of general ledger (GL) integration and financial reconciliation as they relate to lending systems.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and industry-specific lending platforms (e.g., FIS, Finastra).
- Exposure to payment processing, AI, and risk management as they specifically relate to lending operations.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and technical documentation.
- Prior FIS experience is a plus.
