
Senior Associate, Sales Account Management (Central)

- Effectively manage distributor/customer budgets to achieve sales objectives.
- Build and develop the capability of distributor sales personnel.
- Motivate sales teams to meet monthly distribution and promotional targets.
- Conduct market and sales analysis using MS Excel and other tools.
- Implement SC Johnson (SCJ) initiatives and launches with speed and precision.
- Ensure best-in-class in-store execution within Traditional Trade channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trade spend and improve profit margins.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in distributor and key account management, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) is an added advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience handling non-food FMCG categories.
