Job Scope Complete financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to clients Manage company ledgers and complete bank reconciliations Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering and reconciling transactions in the accounting software. Monitor and manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding invoices and ensuring timely collections. Prepare and send invoices to clients in accordance with established billing cycles and terms. Work closely with clients to address billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate recording of expenses and revenue. Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and financial reports as required.
