We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Office Operations Assistant (Contract) in our Kuala Lumpur office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative and secretarial support to our consultants, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.Administrative Support: Assist consultants with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, filing and organizing office supplies.Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for consultants, ensuring schedules are optimized and conflicts are minimized.Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently. Assist in maintaining positive client relationships by providing timely responses and assistance.Candidate Coordination: Support consultants in scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and facilitating communication between candidates and clients.Documentation: Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as required. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all written communication.Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate information in the company's database. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.Office Management: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.   • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a any field .
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proactivity: A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
