
Industrial Fuels Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the approved business plan to achieve territory targets and stewardship commitments.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts for sustainable volume and profitability.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and propose strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, recommending responsive strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and value‑added service.
- Collaborate with Supply & Distribution to support accurate product forecasting and planning.
- Provide guidance and training to customers on product use and best practices.
- Plan territory routes and sales calls efficiently to maximize return on time and resources.
- Optimize working capital by managing credit extension and minimizing outstanding receivables.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience in industrial fuels, LPG, lubricants, or a related sales field is preferred.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Must be willing to travel and possess own transportation.
