YOU WILL PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE IN

Recruitment, selection and placement of manpower requirement in SDP as according to approved personnel requisition.
To lead, supervise and monitor job performance of subordinates.
Responsible for the administration of company benefits and welfare programme for all staffs such as leave/medical/uniforms etc.
To be responsible for updating and computation of employee personnel records such as personal file, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination etc.
Responsible to create and maintain Prosoft system in a proper way to support attendance management and payroll computation.
To conduct exit interview for resignation and highlight to the management on any special issue if deemed necessary.
To handle staff disciplinary issue, grievances and counseling in operational level.
Delivers progress reports and analysis to the Human Resource Manager as appropriate.
