The Regional Sales Manager will be reporting to the Sales Director and is responsible to manage the P&L & Sales Target for the entire East Coast region (Pahang, Kelantan & Terengganu) & expanding their business footprint.The Regional Sales Manager will be reporting to the Sales Director and is responsible to manage the P&L & Sales Target for the entire East Coast region (Pahang, Kelantan & Terengganu) & expanding their business footprint. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

Lead the development and execution of business strategies to increase market presence in the region, focusing on business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction
Oversee sales, retail, and operations across the region, ensuring monthly, quarterly & annual targets are met and maintaining relationships with stakeholders (local government & regulatory bodies)
Drive & improve sales performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and service levels
Responsible for leading organizational efforts in implementing best practices, optimizing operational efficiencies, and developing staff capabilities through coaching and skill enhancement initiatives
Maintain proactive engagement with local stakeholders for sustainable business growth

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of sales experience in Services/FMCG/Retail industries
Skilled in stakeholder management, team management & project management
Excellent communication (English & Bahasa Malaysia), interpersonal skills & strong in strategic thinking and problem solving skills
Prior experience in managing East Coast (Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu) would be preferred
Flexible to be based in either Pahang/Kelantan/Terengganu
