Senior Final Test Engineer (MEMS)

• You're in charge: You're the mastermind behind creating and implementing new ways to test and fine-tune tiny sensors (MEMS).
• Think outside the box: You design and improve testing methods for various purposes, including checking sensor function, overall quality, and even tailoring them for specific customers. Your understanding of the system is crucial for this.
• Innovation champion: You independently design testing strategies and collaborate with the MEMS development team. You're also responsible for setting up and equipping the testing facilities within the production area.
• Reliable teammate: You work closely with different teams (advanced engineering, development departments, and production) to ensure the development of measurement technologies stays on track, managing both time and budget.
• Team player with a twist: You delegate tasks related to hardware and software development to both internal colleagues and external service providers. You oversee the entire process and take ownership of the final results.

• Master's Degree (Master/Phd) in electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechatronics,physics or a comparable degree
• Minimum or more than 3 years of experience in measurement and test engineering and hardware(PCB) development in lab and/or fab environment
• Possess, good programming skills in C/C++/C#, experience with MEMS test equipment is ana dvantage.
• You are an effective team player with good ability for problem solving and analytical thinking
