Job Summary: Assist in management reporting, financial planning and budget preparation and tax matters. Provide the necessary support in other finance related functions such as yearly audit, financial feasibility study, property development financial forecast and other ad-hoc matters. Job Description: Key Reporting Responsibility: Preparation of Monthly management account for Profit and Loss, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet including analysis of variances for monthly and year to date. Supporting the quarterly segmental reporting requirement for Group Reporting (Bursa Announcement Requirement), including quarterly performance analysis for Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Capital Commitment, and tax reconciliation. Preparation of quarterly financial performance presentation for Audit Committee and Board. Preparation of yearly financial statement and supporting notes, liaison with Internal and external audit for audit related matters including planning, engagement and attending to queries. Supporting direct superior on any other financial reporting matters as required (i.e., SOP enhancement, reporting requirement enhancement, etc) Key Taxation Responsibility: Preparation of yearly final tax computation and filling for the companies. Preparation of tax estimate submission. Liaison with Tax consultant and/or Custom/IRB/Regulator for any ad hoc taxation matters. (GST, SST, Indirect taxation, application of property development related tax treatment, if applicable) Preparation of transfer pricing documentation, and supporting the CbCR reporting and Master File (Group Requirement) Job Specification Min Degree in Accounting or equivalent Minimum 6 years of working experience in handling full set accounts / accounting role with property development companies Well verse in project cash flow projection & forecasting Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel & MFRS. Experience with Noetic is an added advantage. Willing and able to work under pressure. Detailed oriented and organized in his/her work. Able to work independently and communicate with various external stakeholders Growth Mindset
