Fresh graduate accepted
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Experience at least 1 year in working field
Good working attitude and strong learning ability
Independent and can work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and work in team

Responsibilities

Coordinate & liase with crane operator
Update attendance and employee ( working crane and operator)
Keep track on maintenance record
Update on DO and quotation record/inquiry
Daily operator arrangement / replacement (Monday-Sunday/PH)
Manage crane operator daily attendance include (OT's, Leaves, Recruitment, Request)
Report on crane operator disciplinary issues
To liase with client regarding queries, problems, breakdown, documents, safety and complaints
Assist Operation Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities
