Licensed Counsellor & Student Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Counsellor (LKM registered) in Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive student matters with confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
• Experience in student engagement, event management, or support services is an added advantage.

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students facing personal, academic, or career-related challenges.
• Maintain confidential and ethical counselling practices in compliance with licensing standards and institutional policies.
• Identify at-risk students and provide timely interventions, referrals, and follow-up support.
• Conduct workshops, talks, and awareness campaigns on topics such as stress management, resilience, mental health, and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and ensure compliance with reporting and documentation requirements.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing student engagement programs, activities, and events that promote holistic development.
• Collaborate with the Student Experience Department to design initiatives that foster inclusivity, belonging, and student success.
• Support students in navigating campus resources, services, and opportunities for involvement.
• Gather feedback from students and contribute to continuous improvement of student services.
• Contribute to institutional initiatives such as student orientation, clubs & societies, leadership programs, and wellness campaigns.
