About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Coordinator - Planning, CCR & Blend to oversee and optimise port operations, blending processes, and CCR (Central Control Room) activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while leading a team of operators and supervisors in a high-volume bulk material handling environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all operational activities at the port in compliance with safety, environmental, and SOP standards. Lead and train CCR and Blend operators through hands-on technical development. Oversee vessel nomination, documentation, blending operations, and ship chartering. Implement and manage automated systems (e.g., GPV, PI System, RightShip). Plan and execute short-, medium-, and long-term operational strategies. Ensure optimal utilisation of stockyards and auxiliary equipment (e.g., stackers, reclaimers, conveyors). Monitor and analyse operational KPIs, including vessel loading/unloading and blending productivity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, 5S, cost reduction, and process performance. Collaborate with planning, commercial, HR, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations. Manage a team of 20+ direct reports, fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture. What We're Looking For Experience: 6-10 years in port operations, logistics, or bulk material handling (preferably in marine or industrial environments). Education: Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Marine, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Strong knowledge of CCR operations, blending systems, and vessel logistics. Familiarity with automated operational tools and data systems (e.g., GPV, PI, ABB). Proven leadership, people development, and team management skills.
