#LI-GM SN 1024 WO# 2025 GIPS GIPS SBE - Post Build Developer/Engineer Jnr Linux/Middleware Eng Type B Infrastructure Support General Junior L2 (3-5 years) Job Title: Developer - SBE Post Build Experience Level: 3-5 years (L2 - Junior) Domain: GIPS Type of Work: Junior Linux/Middleware Eng Location: Kuala Lumpur Job Summary: As a Junior Developer in the GIPS - SBE Post Build sub-domain, you will support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications and middleware platforms running on RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance optimization, and issue resolution in production and post-build environments. Key Responsibilities: . Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of middleware platforms. . Troubleshoot and resolve application and middleware issues on RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. . Assist in performance tuning, automation, and system monitoring. . Develop and optimize Unix scripts and SQL queries for automation and issue resolution. . Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability. . Work with senior engineers on incident resolution and root cause analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: . 3-5 years of experience in Linux/Middleware engineering and post-build support. . Hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting, SQL, and troubleshooting JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. . Basic understanding of system monitoring, performance tuning, and automation. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and collaborate with teams.
