Role Overview: The Change Management Manager will focus on the human aspect of change, working to prepare, support, and equip employees to embrace changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. Required Skills: +10 years of experience as an IT Change Manager in a large project or organization. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end enterprise, large-scale, and/or cross-functional/multi projects in dynamic and complex environments. Candidates should possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, along with expertise in change management principles and methodologies. Ability to create actionable deliverables for core change management plans, such as Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, and Communications Plan. Key Responsibilities: Drive the successful adoption of organizational projects and initiatives by focusing on the people's side of change. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure timely and effective adoption of changes by employees. Work closely with internal business users and stakeholders to drive the change management plan and achieve project objectives. Collaborate with senior leaders in the organization and external partners, such as IT vendors, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives. Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans, including Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, and Communications Plan.
