- Preparation and review of finance and accounting overall functions, including payments as part of Finance day-to-day operations
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly/quarterly/annual management report with proper analysis of schedules
- Assist in handling tax matters as assigned in close liaison with the tax agents, including having understanding of tax regulations.
- Enable proper tax planning and ensure timely and accurate filing of annual tax return, tax estimation and payments
- Assist in liaison with external auditors to finalize the annual audit and ensure the statutory audited report are promptly submitted to Company Registrar
- Undertake any other jobs and duties assigned from time to time from superior
- Preparation of finance and accounting policies and procedures
- Collaboration with other business unit routinely
- Supporting and working on the financial forecast and annual budget
- On going review the internal control process of its effectives
- Monitoring cash flow, receivables and reconciliation of cash balances via bank statement
- Drive the finance and accounting related project
