Preparation and review of finance and accounting overall functions, including payments as part of Finance day-to-day operations
Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly/quarterly/annual management report with proper analysis of schedules
Assist in handling tax matters as assigned in close liaison with the tax agents, including having understanding of tax regulations.
Enable proper tax planning and ensure timely and accurate filing of annual tax return, tax estimation and payments
Assist in liaison with external auditors to finalize the annual audit and ensure the statutory audited report are promptly submitted to Company Registrar
Undertake any other jobs and duties assigned from time to time from superior
Preparation of finance and accounting policies and procedures
Collaboration with other business unit routinely
Supporting and working on the financial forecast and annual budget
On going review the internal control process of its effectives
Monitoring cash flow, receivables and reconciliation of cash balances via bank statement
Drive the finance and accounting related project
