- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leasing, retail expansion, or a related area.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and documentation accurately.
- Knowledge of retail trends and market analysis.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential retail locations for expansion and fair setups based on tenant mix and market analysis.
- Provide recommendations for new locations or fair setups to support business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic partnerships that enhance business development and brand presence.
- Negotiate favourable rental terms and operational cost reductions for existing and new retail outlets.
- Ensure cost-effective leasing agreements that align with business goals.
- Oversee communication and ensure the accuracy of tenancy agreements.
- Manage all tenancy-related documentation and ensure timely submission and approval of required forms.
- Ensure 100% timely completion of stamped tenancy agreements within agreed-upon timelines.
- Coordinate the opening, closure, or relocation of business units in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all unit transitions are executed efficiently and in line with business goals.
- Monitor and ensure that newly renovated or relocated retail sites are fully operational by their scheduled opening date.
- Address and resolve any issues preventing site readiness.
- Oversee the leasing process and ensure fit-out standards meet business and branding requirements.
- Ensure that all fit-out works are completed within the allocated budget and timeframe.
- Plan and execute roadshows or experiential lounges with a focus on delivering a 100% return on investment (ROI).
- Work with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Organize events that drive foot traffic and improve sales conversion rates.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of events and their impact on sales.
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce annual operational expenses.
- Monitor and optimize spending for leasing, fit-outs, and events.
