THE ROLE We're looking for a seasoned and passionate Performance / Digital Marketing Consultant with at least 6 years of experience in digital marketing; particularly across paid social, SEM, video, and display. This is a strategic partner role : you'll be working closely with clients, agencies, and vendors to translate business objectives into integrated brand and media strategies, while ensuring smooth coordination and strong servicing. You'll guide, align, and oversee execution through partners , ensuring the right strategies are in place and clients are continuously supported with insights, recommendations, and a clear view of performance. WHAT YOU'LL DO Serve as the primary partner and point of contact for clients on digital and performance marketing Collaborate with strategy, planning, and creative teams to develop brand-aligned media strategies Coordinate and manage vendors, platforms, and partner agencies , ensuring seamless delivery and integration Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on campaign data, industry trends, and client objectives Lead performance discussions, reviews, and storytelling to highlight how campaigns contribute to brand and business growth Troubleshoot and resolve challenges by working with internal and external stakeholders Ensure best practices and innovation are applied across all digital channels WHAT YOU BRING A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong client servicing responsibilities Proven ability to partner with clients and coordinate across multiple agencies/vendors Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders Strong business acumen with the ability to connect media performance to brand outcomes Organized, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams Strong technical skills with digital platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Analytics tools) to inform strategic discussions and previous campaign experience.
