- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies and trends, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance digital marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed for digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management on digital marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing digital strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Certification in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads certification) is a plus.
