Procurement Management: Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation. Evaluate tenders and quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective procurement. Manage procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Cost and Contract Management: Monitor project costs to ensure the budget is maintained. Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports. Support contract administration, including variations, progress claims, and final accounts. Site Support: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency and effective project execution. Conduct site visits to verify work done and progress. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain and update proper documentation and records of all QS activities. Prepare project cost reports and assist in forecasting project budgets. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of working experience in quantity surveying. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
