Roles: Liaise with Centralized Planning/Commercial AO to ensure that commercial agreements with customers are transmitted to Operations Line. Ensure smooth and seamless handover of Planning tasks from Centralized Planning to BMM Planning team at Subang. In charge of Subang hangar planners and the support they provide to ensure Operations Lines execute aircraft maintenance checks smoothly and efficiently. Job Description: Support Planning Manager to ensure production planning and control processes at Subang is carried out efficiently. Ensure planners attached to Subang hangars successfully complete their respective trainings. Ensure sufficient approval holders are suitably trained and qualified to work on upcoming checks. Ensure work pack and BOM materials planned by Centralized Planning (SIN) are complete and seamlessly handed over to Subang Planners before aircraft induction. Ensure Centralized Planning send BOT to BMM Tool Store. Liaise with BMM Tool Store AO to ensure BOT listing is fulfilled. Make certain that bay planners work efficiently with Operations to execute and complete maintenance checks on time as per Gantt chart. Liaise with Project Lead (and Bay Planners) to prepare manhours and material billing for submission to customers.
