Act as the point of contact between the sales executives and internal / external clients Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing and processing sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and credit note. Handle orders and queries appropriately via WhatsApp. Produce sales reports. Ensure orders deliveries on time. Stock count and inventory control. Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry and maintaining organized records. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage. Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management. environment; working independently as well as working on a team. Computer literate, familiar MS Office : Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
