- Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain a variety of reports related to resource management, including resource allocation, utilization forecasting, and project pipeline.
- Data Analysis: Analyze resource management data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations based on data insights to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
- Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting by performing regular data validation and quality checks. Collaborate with other team members to resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Report Automation: Identify opportunities for automating reporting processes, tools, dashboards and implementing efficient data collection methods.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and data sources. Ensure that documentation is up to date and accessible to team members.
- Staffing System Data Maintenance: Master staffing system and perform data validation activities to ensure accurate reporting output.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in reporting processes and systems. Implement enhancements to streamline reporting workflows and enhance the value of reports.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on report access, interpretation, and utilization. Act as a subject matter expert on resource management reporting.

- Degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting, Statistics, Finance or Economics
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience in developing and maintaining reports, preferably in a resource management or project management environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives is a plus
- Familiarity with resource management concepts and practices is desirable
