What you&aposll do Coordinate team to solve production quality issue and ensure the issue closure Collect and review product yield rate and coordinate team to do continues improvement Lead customer QPA/QSA Handle customer complaints and coordinate team to resolve issues Assist MPM to resolve customer quality related requirements Establish quality control plan and ensure the manufacture process follows the control plan requirements Review RMA status and drive team for quality improvement Perform product FAI and generate FAI report What you&aposll need Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent More than 3 years' experience on Production or Process Quality Assurance / Management Proficient in quality management tools and methods, including SPC, MSA, QCC, FMEA, PMP, QEC, 8D reports, and SCAR.
