- Coordinate and monitor daily order processing, packing, and last-mile deliveries for B2C customers.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. (Especially for NDD orders)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Handle delivery-related issues such as delays, failed deliveries/handover.
- Monitoring return status from warehouse to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to provide delivery status, tracking details, and order fulfilment support.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock records by weekly basic.
- Participate in stock counts, audits, and reporting as required.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required.
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 year of logistics or warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes, inventory control, and documentation.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to communicate clearly and work under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible hours or overtime if required.
