Now Hiring: Part-Time Property Management Virtual Assistant (Remote) Fluent in Chinese (bonus) | Property Management Experience Required Flexible Hours | Required Availability: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM AEST Compensation: AUD 400/month We are looking for a highly organized, English and Chinese (preferable) Speaking Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in the property management or real estate industry. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible working hours, but you must be consistently online and available between 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM AEST to support our operational needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support Manage daily admin tasks, reporting, and documentation Organize and maintain files, contracts, and documents in Google Drive Ensure structured email and correspondence archiving 2. Client and Customer Onboarding Onboard new clients and ensure all required documentation is in place Set up profiles in internal systems Maintain compliance and organized onboarding records 3. Email and Communication Management Draft and manage professional email correspondence Prioritize and escalate issues appropriately Maintain detalled communication records 4. Task Scheduling and Coordination Coordinate meetings, recurring tasks, and calendar management Communicate across internal and external parties to ensure timely task completion Document and track task progress 5. General Maintenance & Operations Support Monitor and coordinate routine property management tasks Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues promptly Maintain logs and progress updates 6. System and Tool Management Use property management tools to manage schedules, data entry, and tasks Keep internal systems updated with real-time information Bonus: Familiarity with MYBOS or similar building management software 7. Newsletter and Broadcast Creation Create and schedule newsletters using Canva Monitor engagement and report analytics Required Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written) , fluency in Chinese is a bonus Fast learner Strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills Excellent attention to detail, especially in documentation and scheduling Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Canva design skills for basic newsletters and visuals (Bonus) Experience with MYBOS or equivalent software Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in admin or virtual assistant roles Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the property management or real estate industry Prior experience in email marketing or newsletter design is a plus If you meet the above criteria and are excited to work in a flexible, remote setup with a focus on property management, please send us your CV (in English).
