Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects in Credit Origination and Wealth Management.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Manage cross-functional squads, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Oversee solution architecture, integration, and system design aligned with banking standards.
Drive agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, internal IT teams, and external partners.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Provide domain expertise and guidance on credit workflows, wealth products, and customer journeys.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT delivery or domain leadership roles within banking.
Strong understanding of Credit Origination (e.g., loan processing) and/or Wealth Management (e.g., investment products, portfolio management, advisory tools)/ CRM.
Proven experience managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
Familiarity with banking systems, APIs, and integration patterns.
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience working with banks or regional financial institutions is a plus.
