While your employment contract will be with ADS Global SSO, you will be part of the Agile Dynamics Solutions family, working with our combined expertise and resources. *** We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to act as the vital link between our sales team, global software principals, multiple Lines of Business (LoBs), and internal departments. This role blends sales enablement, principal & LoB liaison, and operational excellence, ensuring that our sales processes are smooth, efficient, and geared towards sustainable growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary - Revenue Growth & Customer Care Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand existing accounts. Prepare and support sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for both new and existing clients. Manage contract renewals and follow up promptly to secure continuity of business. Liaise with software principals on pricing, product updates, and order processing to ensure competitive offerings. Secondary - Operations & Reporting Maintain and update CRM records with accuracy and ensure data integrity. Generating regular reports on pipeline status, quotation progress, and sales forecasts from CRM system for management. Coordinate sales meetings, document follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion. Respond to customer inquiries and support order processing in collaboration with the customer support team. Partner with marketing and internal departments to align campaigns and create a seamless customer journey. REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, IT, Sales, or a related field. At least 2 years' experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the IT or software sector. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 (Business Process & Automation segment) preferred; knowledge of other Microsoft Azure related products or other non-Microsoft ERP/CRM systems is an advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Proactive, solution-focused, and highly customer-oriented mindset.
