- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure freshness.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly.
- Recruit, train, and supervise team members, including cashiers, kitchen staff, and assistants.
- Create and manage staff rosters to ensure optimal staffing levels based on sales forecasts and peak hours.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment aligned with the company's culture.
- Manage procurement of food supplies, packaging, and other operational items within budget.
- Liaise with approved suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile inventory records to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
- Achieve sales targets and maximise profitability through effective execution of promotions and upselling.
- Handle cash management, daily reconciliations, and deposit preparations.
- Analyse financial reports and take action to address variances.
- Control operational costs, including labour, food, and utilities.
- Ensure every customer receives friendly, efficient, and memorable service.
- Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Uphold the company's brand standards in food presentation, store appearance, and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and train staff on emergency procedures.
- Adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in fast food chain.
- Experience with rostering, procurement, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and inventory software.
- Financial literacy (budgeting, cost control, P&L analysis).
- Customer-focused with high integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are a plus.
