Job Responsibility Provide academic information and knowledge. Working in teams to create materials, courses, classes, and workshops. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Monitor student performance or assist students in academic matters. Strong classroom management abilities. Ability to engaging and interactive lesson plans. Assessment and evaluation of student progress. Job Requirements Graduate at least with a secondary certification (SPM, IGCSE, etc.), diploma, or bachelor's degree Fluency in English and Mandarin, with Mandarin-speaking ability to effectively communicate with students who prefer Mandarin. Preferred at least 1 year of teaching experience, fresh graduates are welcome with training provided. Willing to work in teams, responsible, and passionate about teaching and working in teams. Possess own transportation for commuting to the center. Able to work on-site and conduct physical classes.
